Konzentrationlager KZ Cover written on camp issued letter sheet cover in German. The cover is addressed to a Janina Klymiuk in Wolbrom, Poland, Krakow district. Sender is a detainee named Nikolaus Klymuik. Letter survives in German. Postmarked January 5, 1944. For the serious collector of Judaica and Holocaust related philately this is an exceptional item. The Nazis established Gross-Rosen on the 2 August 1940 in Lower Silesia, as a satellite camp of Sachsenhausen, in the vicinity of the granite quarry of Gross-Rosen.
